NOVARQ DESIGN GROUP is expanding its remote team. We collaborate digitally with professionals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured online environment.

We currently work with team members and collaborators who are fully remote (online workers). Our roles support both the core design studio and its operations — from architectural production to administration and client support.

No. We do not charge candidates any fees, ask for deposits, or require you to purchase equipment for us as a condition of being considered for a role. What does your hiring process look like?

For remote roles, our process usually includes: (1) review of your CV and introduction, (2) a short online questionnaire, (3) an optional video or voice call, and in some cases (4) a small, clearly scoped paid trial task. We share role expectations and compensation details clearly before any commitment is made.
